1. Tip contents of one sachet into a bowl and add 75g (2.6fl oz) of water or **herbal infusion at room temperature.
2. Mix thoroughly for about 1 minute until a smooth uniform paste is obtained.
3. Add 8 drops of essential oil blend (supplied) and mix thoroughly.
4. Apply the mask to thoroughly cleansed face and neck immediately, in quite a thick layer - taking care to avoid the eye contour area.

The mask will form a firm gel after about 5 minutes. Leave in place for at least 10 minutes, then peel off to leave the skin deeply cleansed and balanced. Moisturise according to your skin type.

Miessence Organics Soothing Moisturiser - (Sensitive Skin)

Miessence Organics Soothing Moisturiser is a soothing moisturiser with organic herb and flower extracts, nut, seed oils and butters, and plant phospholipids that restore and repair the appearance of sensitive, damaged skin while demonstrating significant and lasting effects on skin hydration and smoothness. Contains two soothing chamomiles (German and Roman), and protective Calendula, Carrot and Organic Horsechestnut.

This step creates a protective barrier against free radicals and moisture loss (one of the main causes of wrinkles). The special ingredients in our unique organic base have lasting effects on skin hydration and smoothness.

To use: twice daily (am/pm) after conditioning (and treatment, if required). Apply one or two pumps of your moisturiser to the palm of your hand and warm to skin temperature. Pat and press gently onto your face, throat and décolleté.

Miessence Organics Soothing Skin Conditioner is a gentle infusion with Organic Nettle and Horsechestnut and Essential Oils like Carrot and Chamomile that are known to help calm and soothe skin chapped by the elements. Helps skin feel soothed and softened.

Conditioning is a vital step in skincare regime. Conditioning has a twofold purpose: firstly, to feed the skin with nutrients in the water-soluble botanicals, Organic herbs, vitamins and essential oils, and secondly, to provide a hydration base for the moisturiser to lock in.

To use: twice daily (am/pm) on cleansed skin. On clean moist skin, massage 2 to 3 pumps of conditioner gently onto the face, throat and décolleté.

Mother Earth Organic Cleansing Oil Chamomile & Yarrow (for Sensitive Skin)

A cleansing and restorative oil. Based on the fact that many cultures have been using almond oil to clean the skin for thousands of years.

We have chosen organic Chamomile and Calendula flowers for their ability to soothe and repair inflamed skin. The herbs are cold infused so that their goodness is absorbed by this very special oil. This will help de-sensitise and soothe the skin. Cleanses gently and thoroughly. Un-fragranced for extra sensitive skin.

To use: Massage well into the skin, leave for a few minutes then wipe off with cotton wool/cleansing cloth/pads. We recommend you follow with Mother Earth Chamomile Skin Tonic and Chamomile and Calendula moisturiser for gentle and effective skin care.

Keep in a cool place as does not contain artificial preservatives.
