Where has this been all my life? For me (the not so good side of 30) with combination to dry (sometimes oily) skin type with extreme sensitive tendencies, this is a miracle worker! Not that ageing is a key issue for me, but I do like to keep my skin well nourished with lots of good stuff and I have never been able to use those night time treatments, because they are either so thick and creamy or just too oily, just the ticket to set off breakouts and rashes! Not only does this product provide excellent results, lovely plumped up healthy youthful looking skin (as if you've been eating the best nutritious food ever) but the product just sits on my face, doesn't irritate and I hardly notice it's there! For sensitive skin types this in itself is a miracle... if you tend to have hormonal breakout prone skin, just listen to your skin - with those oilier days, most people will be able to get away with wearing no lotions or potions over night and besides, it's good to let your skin breathe too! Of course, sensitivities do depend on what you are sensitive to, so just check those ingredients before you buy, as there is a lot in there! 1. Tip contents of one sachet into a bowl and add 75g (2.6fl oz) of water or **herbal infusion at room temperature.
2. Mix thoroughly for about 1 minute until a smooth uniform paste is obtained.
3. Add 8 drops of essential oil blend (supplied) and mix thoroughly.
4. Apply the mask to thoroughly cleansed face and neck immediately, in quite a thick layer - taking care to avoid the eye contour area.

The mask will form a firm gel after about 5 minutes. Leave in place for at least 10 minutes, then peel off to leave the skin deeply cleansed and balanced. Moisturise according to your skin type.

To use: Daily for blemished skin (for a week) then every second day (for a week), then twice weekly until congestion and blemishes have cleared. Using the jar lid as a bowl, make a smooth paste by mixing 1 tsp purified water with 1 heaped tsp of mask powder. Stir to form a smooth paste and smooth a generous amount of mask onto the face and neck. Lie down with your feet up and relax for 10-15 minutes, until mask is almost dry.
